Compliance Controller
Pricing: Starting at $1,000 per month
Your staff does the bookkeeping, bill pay and payroll. We make sure it’s done right and stays audit-ready providing consistency and peace of mind.
Monthly review of general ledger and trial balance
Verification of bank and credit card reconciliations
Review of adjusting journal entries and classification accuracy
Month-end close checklist and sign-off
Monthly financial report reviewed for accuracy
Quarterly report to management summarizing findings, corrections, and control recommendations
Managed Controller
Pricing: Starting at $2,500 per month
We supervise and mentor your accounting staff directly and provide hands-on management of the internal accounting function.
Everything in Tier 1, plus:
Weekly check-ins with your accounting staff
Month-end close led and approved by Tullis Consulting
Review and approval of adjusting entries, accruals, and inter-account transfers
Balance sheet schedule maintenance (A/R, A/P, fixed assets, loans)
Written monthly closing memo outlining key reconciliations and exceptions
Internal procedure recommendations and updates (recordkeeping, documentation, approval chains)
Support for external CPA or tax preparer during annual filings
Full Scope Controller
Pricing: Starting at $5,000 per month
We act as your off-site Controller — leading your accounting department, managing personnel, setting expectations for staff and enforcing policies.
Everything in Tier 2, plus:
Act as the supervisor and direct report for all accounting personnel
Review of internal controls and compliance with company policies
Implementation of standardized accounting procedures (SOPs)
Hire, discipline and fire accounting personnel
Training and onboarding guidance for new accounting staff
Coordination with external auditors and tax professionals
Monthly management report summarizing department performance, outstanding issues, and controller sign-off
